North Coburg Rebels Life Membership Nomination

Life Membership is the highest award available at the North Coburg Rebels Baseball club and recognises the exceptional contribution of individuals to the Club. It is therefore only available to be awarded in exceptional circumstances.  A copy of the criteria is available for download after the nomination form.
