Moreland Council City seeks information about your experiences of being a member of our sports club. Council values your input on the programs and strategies that have attracted and kept you at involved in this sport club. To help Council further develop policies, strategies and resources, they would like to know what you think have been successful and what could be developed to increase the number of female players and leaders at our club.
Council have commissioned researchers from Victoria University to conduct an independent evaluation. The below link is to a survey for you to complete and will take approximately 20 minutes. Prior to deciding whether or not to participate in the survey, please read the Participant Information outlined at the start of the survey, which provides important information about the project. Upon agreement, you can click into the survey. The information you provide will be confidential will be sent directly to the researchers.
Completion of this survey will contribute to our club’s participation in Council’s Club Development Initiatives and as a result, our club will receive a 10% discount on its tenancy allocation.
Should you wish to participate in the study, we ask that you complete the online survey by Monday 20 December.
